By using BadgeYT, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
The service
BadgeYT provides tools to find high-view videos, overlay milestone badges, and export or push thumbnails. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your responsibilities
You must have rights to the channels and videos you process. You’re responsible for complying with YouTube’s terms and applicable law. Don’t abuse the API, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with other users.
Accounts & access
You’re responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or risk to the service.
Payments
Paid plans are billed through our payment providers. Fees are described on the pricing page. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once access is granted.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime, YouTube API availability, or specific results from badges or exports.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
